King Arthur Flour starts their Traveling Baking Demos this week in the Baltimore/Washington, DC region. The 2-hour demos feature tips and tricks for homebaking. Talk to King Arthur Flour staff, get recipes, and maybe even a door prize.
All demos are FREE. There are two presentations: Perfect Pies & Savory Scones (weekdays at 12 PM; weekends at 11 AM); Baking with Yeast & Whole Grains (weekdays at 7 PM; weekends at 5 PM). Additional information is posted on the King Arthur Flour website.
