Martha’s Table board members — Ana Anders and Joan Nathan — will join the judges for the 2012 Chocolate Layer Cake Baking Challenge Semifinals, Saturday March 24 from 2 – 4 PM. The Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! is happy to welcome back Joan Nathan who was a judge for the 2011 Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! Coconut Cake Challenge presented with Eatonville Restaurant. Joan is the author of 10 cookbooks including her most recent Quiches, Kugels and Couscous: My Search for Jewish Cooking in France and an inductee to the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who in American Food (Complete bio available at this link).
