Decoyise Brown of Waldorf, MD won first prize for the first Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! Baking Challenge in Washington, DC. Her coconut cake continues to be a best selling dessert at Eatonville Restaurant. Decoyise will join us as a judge for the 2012 Chocolate Layer Cake Challenge (Washington, DC region).
